It was established in 2003 in Warsaw and since than we have gained more than 2 500 trade marks, designs and inventions applications in patent offices in Poland, the European Union, the United States and other countries around the world and over 600 Clients.

Our services are directed to companies, institutions and individuals interested in protecting its trade marks, designs, utility models and inventions in Poland, European Union and worldwide. We also conduct IP litigations, IP trainings and IP valuation services.

Member of Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.  Completed numerous IP courses at US Patent and Trademark Office and World Intellectual Property Organization.

Partner – Experienced business advisor with almost 20 years of experience. Leading expert in knowledge management, IP strategies, valuation of companies and IP. The last 17 years Mariusz worked for an international consultancy KPMG as a Head of Knowledge Management and Market Research Department. Currently, he is also an Assistan Professor at Warsaw School of Economy (SGH) and Rector’s Proxy for Commercialization and Technology Transfer.
